  • Hazard – The vehicle’s rollover protection structure (ROPS) can fail to protect consumers, posing an injury hazard.
  • Remedy – Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled utility vehicles and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair. Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.

12/6/18 – Meijer Falls Creek Kids infant and toddler hoodies

  • Hazard – The rollover protective structure (ROPS) on the mower can loosen and fail to protect the operator in a rollover accident, posing a risk of injury.
  • Remedy – Consumers should immediately take the recalled hoodies away from children, stop using them and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
  • Incidents/Injuries – One report of the zipper slider body and pull detaching from a hoodie. No injuries have been reported.

12/4/18 – Signature Hardware Wall-mounted shower seats

  • Hazard – The aluminum hardware supporting the shower seat can corrode, posing fall and laceration hazards.
